Within one business day for almost everything. Support tickets from paying customers are typically answered within a few hours during office hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 CET).

Is Sparrow available outside Sweden?
Sparrow is currently in early access for users in Sweden, with hosting in the EU. We're rolling out to other Nordic and EU countries through 2026 — drop us a line if you want to be notified when we land in yours.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes. Pick "Enterprise / teams" in the form above and tell us a bit about your setup — number of seats, the models you want to use, and any compliance requirements. We'll send back a tailored proposal.

Where is my data stored?
All Sparrow data lives in EU data centers. We never train models on your conversations and we don't sell or share your data with third parties.
